Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR IT Recruiter with 0–1 year of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT recruitment processes, strong communication skills, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
  • Screen resumes and conducts initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Required Skills:
  • MBA qualification (HR preferred)
  • 0–1 year of experience in IT recruitment / HR recruitment
  • Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR tools

  • Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
  • Experience in bulk hiring or campus recruitment
  • Knowledge of ATS or HRMS tools
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
